MISSION SPFO is committed to enhancing the quality of life for the rapidly expanding population of single parents and their children. DESCRIPTION Single Parent Family Outreach (SPFO) is a non-profit organization formed in 1993 in response to the growing number of children raised by one parent to address the many issues they face. Through outreach activities, SPFO works to foster and support family stability. In addition, they offer child development services, education opportunities and job referrals.
