Boston Pride

MISSION The Boston Pride Committee, Inc., serving the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender (LGBT) and ally community, works to enhance the visibility of Boston's LGBT community through a week of events each June, in conjunction with year-round activities, to promote LGBT awareness, dignity and understanding. DESCRIPTION Boston Pride is a non profit organization that plans and executes Boston's yearly Pride Week celebration in June. These include a flag raising, the parade and festival, two block parties, Pride Idol, and more. Boston Pride is the largest volunteer-run Pride in the world.
