Mission: Our Mission is to provide high-quality services to children and adults who face the life-long challenges of mental illness, drug and alcohol dependency, and developmental disabilities. DESCRIPTION: Bay Cove Human Services is a private, not-for-profit corporation that provides highly specialized residential, day, outpatient and educational services to children and adults with a broad array of disabilities. The agency employs over 750 active employees, and provides treatment and support to over 9,000 individuals and their families per year at over eighty program sites and homes. In our agency we have a separate Human Rights department that ensures that our clients are treated with respect and dignity and that our programs are in compliance with Massachusetts Department of Mental Health regulations of human rights
